Key sessions explored:

- Section 117 aftercare planning, with opportunities to strengthen joint commissioning and improve transitions for young people.
- Quality Transformation Programme updates, highlighting progress in integrated eating disorder services, intensive home treatment, and transitions into and out of Tier 4 care.
Experts by experience played a central role, sharing lived insights and shaping discussions on how services can better meet needs during challenging periods such as the festive season.
Interactive workshops and system-wide collaboration underscored the importance of prevention, proactive planning, and continuous improvement.
